ItemINCIDENCIA DE DIFERENTES TIPOS DE SUSTRATO Y MÉTODOS DE GERMINACIÓN EN EL PATRÓN CLEOPATRA (Citrus reshni Hort. ex Tan.).(Ingeniero Agronomo, 2022-04) Arias Barrera,Wendy Estefanía ; Rezabala Macías,Michelle KatherineIN ECUADOR, THE INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PATTERNS IN FRUIT TREES, SPECIFICALLY IN CITRUS, IS LIMITED, SO RAISING PROJECTS BASED ON THE USE OF PATTERNS IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO REINFORCE PRODUCTION, SINCE THE USE OF PATTERNS AND SUBSTRATES ARE THE BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FARMERS ENGAGED IN CITRUS PRODUCTION. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH WAS TO EVALUATE THE SEED GERMINATION METHODS OF THE CLEOPATRA ROOTSTOCK (CITRUS RESHNI HORT. EX TAN.) AND ITS BEHAVIOR IN THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SUBSTRATE. THE STUDY WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE PORTOVIEJO CANTON AND WAS DEVELOPED THROUGH AN EXPERIMENT BASED ON A COMPLETELY RANDOMIZED BLOCK DESIGN (DCA), WITH A BIFACTORIAL STRUCTURE (3 TYPES OF SUBSTRATE AND 3 GERMINATION METHODS). FOR THIS, THE SEEDS OF THE CLEOPATRA ROOTSTOCK WERE SUBMERGED IN THE DIFFERENT GERMINATION METHODS AND TAKEN TO A PROCESS FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME IN EACH GERMINATION METHOD. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE BEST SUBSTRATE USED FOR THE CLEOPATRA PATTERN WAS HUMUS, IN TERMS OF GERMINATION METHODS, MICROWAVE AND GIBBERELLINS HAD A POSITIVE EFFECT ON GERMINATION, PRESENTING 100% SURVIVAL IN PLANTS, IN TURN, REACHED THE VALUES MAXIMUM PLANT HEIGHT, NUMBER OF LEAVES AND FRESH AND DRY BIOMASS.
