FACTORES DE RIESGO PERINATAL EN EMBARAZO DE LAS ADOLESCENTES ATENDIDAS EN EL HOSPITAL VERDI CEVALLOS BALDA DE PORTOVIEJO DURANTE EL SEGUNDO SEMESTRE DEL 2005

Abstract

The present studies it identifies the perinatal factors of risk in the adolescence, in the adolescent pregnancy’s assisted in the Hospital Verdi Cevallos of Portoviejo in the period of June to December of the 2005. It is was carried out a descriptive study, prospective of longitudinal court, with the objective of determining the factors of perinatal risk of pregnancy in the adolescents, the same one had a sample of 233 patients, of which 160 adolescent mothers corresponded for their age to the late adolescence, 67 patients at the half adolescence and 6 to the precocious one. The main studied factors of perinatal risk were: Maternal age, school level, origin, occupation, civil state, Number of previous pregnancies, number of controls during the pregnancy, and she carried out their first consultation, perinatal mortality, presentation form and termination of the childbirth, besides the results neonatal in what trimester (I weigh from birth, age gestational, depressed serious, congenital malformations) It is was carried out the gathering of information by means of the interview to the patients and the revision of the clinical files, for that which an observation guide was designed where you/they registered all the necessary data, the same ones that were tabulated and processed to obtain the conclusions and recommendations of thepresent study .
