ENFOQUE METODOLÓGICO PARA LA APLICACIÓN DE UN MEDIO DE PAGO COMPLEMENTARIO EN LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ PARA IMPULSAR EL DESARROLLO LOCAL

Abstract

This paper in the form of community development would perform on the campus of the Technical University of Manabi, located in Canton Portoviejo, in order to be able to stimulate a discussion, which allows the introduction of a new payment method that is complementary the currency of official use, which will bring about a revitalization of the local economy. For this we have developed a methodology that consists of three stages, such as the diagnosis, the implementation and sustainability, which will allow this system of supplementary means of payment is socialized and welcomed by the main stakeholders in order to make it durable over time.It is important to note that the supplementary means of payments in recent years, have been the main driving forces of the economy of countries and communities that are in crisis, which is why it turned out timely and motivating the realization of this thesis, supported by the current economic situation is going on the major economic powers
