LOS CRÉDITOS OTORGADOS POR LA CORPORACIÓN FINANCIERA NACIONAL Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA GENERACIÓN DE EMPLEOS EN EL SECTOR DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA CIUDAD DE MANTA. PERÍODO 2013 – 2016

Abstract

This so-called research: the credits granted by the national financial Corporation and its impact on the creation of jobs in the sector of the construction of the city of Manta. 2013 - 2016 period, it was the intention to disclose how the CFN credits have influence on the generation of employment in blanket and encourage social and economic development of the city. For the development of this work, is needed to develop a general objective which referred to the analysis of the incidence of the credits granted by the national Finance Corporation in the generation of jobs in the construction sector in the city of Manta in the period 2013 - 2016. Similarly, this overall goal divided it in three specific objectives. The first was it based theoretically as investment in infrastructure or construction contributes to the generation of employment and as a result the development socio-economic, the level of impact of the construction sector in the generation of employment in the city of Manta was established in the second goal, and finally, it was determined a set of technical and economical actions for the construction sector in order to improve the generation of employment in the city blanket. The investigative work had its justification in areas personal, scientific, contemporary, human, territorial and who were the beneficiaries, in such a way to show their worth and relationship with the variables subject to study. The research was literature, field, applied, participatory, descriptive and deductive. The scientific, experimental, analytical - method synthetic. The information necessary to fulfill the purpose of the study was collected through the structured survey, as a tool for collecting data from a sample of members of the Chamber of construction of Manta - Montecristi.He was supported by a theoretical framework retrieved from books, texts, similar works, essays, papers, magazines and pages on the Internet, which was given the maximum reliability research. The information obtained through the surveys was then processed and then transformed into statistical tables with their respective analysis. The results showed credits provided by CFN to the sector of the construction in the city of Manta to have influence on the generation of employment in the city.
