Abstract

The present titled investigation: " ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESSES OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION OF THE ADDRESS OF THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE CANTON PORTOVIEJO AND THEIR INCIDENCE IN THE EXECUTION OF THE LAWS FOR PART OF THE INHABITANTS. PERIOD 2003 ­2007" . so much of the internal thing is developed as the external thing, taking into account all those involved in the sector of this investigation. This investigation consists of Introduction, Position of the Problem, Theoretical Marco, Methodology, Analysis and Interpretation of the Results, Conclusions ­ Recommendations and Proposal. The objective of this investigation was: To analyze the processes of environmental regulation of the Address of the Atmosphere of the Municipality of the Canton Portoviejo and their incidence in the execution of laws on the part of the inhabitants. To be able to obtain the results you work with a sample of 400 people in total, distributed in 10 people that correspond to the differences competitions of the Address of Atmosphere, 29 people in the Parish March 12, 33 people in the Parish October 18, 18 people in the Parish Alajuela, 26 people in the Parish Andrés of Vera, 27 people in the Parish Calderón, 30 people in the Parish Chirijo, 27 people in the Parish Columbus, 29 people in the Parish Crucita, 16 people in the Parish Francisco Pacheco, 23 people in the Parish Picoaza, 25 people in the Parish Portoviejo, 31 people in the Parish New Town, 19 people in the Parish Boy Laughs, 31 people in the Parish San Plácido and 26 people in the Parish Simón Bolívar. The techniques used in this investigation were the Observation, the Interview and the Survey, the same ones that allowed us to analyze and to determine the lack of knowledge of the processes of Environmental Regulation and the Nonfulfillment of the Laws on the part of the inhabitants, and of what way likewise, the address of the Atmosphere is collaborating so that people don't contaminate more the atmosphere. The interviews carried out the Directors in charge of the different competent institutions of the Address of the Atmosphere allowed us to obtain information likewise on the Application of the Environmental Ordinances and all the activities that carry out for the good of the community, to know if the resources sent by the Government are being truly applied for not continuing contaminating the atmosphere, in a same way in the parishes allowed us to know the necessities of them, the use of the natural resources and also to verify how they contaminate the atmosphere. It would be feasible that they are assigned more economic resources to the Address of the Atmosphere so that it implements the improvement in the diffusion campaigns, education and understanding for the realization of these and this way to continue helping the inhabitants of the Canton for not contaminating more the atmosphere.
