| dc.description | The following titling work takes place in the therapeutic community center "The Gate of Al Ghani" in this are carried out activities of a clinic of detoxification and rehabilitation towards the human being, in order to provide in turn an aid to society. Addiction is a multifactorial disease that affects the individual physically, mentally and socially, so the patient must be treated in a multidisciplinary way; This center of attention works in what was privately owned and now are adapted to function as a treatment center or a rehabilitation clinic. Its main objective was to contribute to the social reinsertion of the alcoholic user belonging to the Therapeutic Community Rehabilitation Center "La Puerta de AL GHANI Portoviejo-Manabí through the implementation of strategies and programs that link the family as support in the rehabilitation of the user. Social reintegration is the basis in the rehabilitation of the alcoholic user, seeks to help the individual to leave the habits that led him to consume legal drugs and help him to become a human being that is useful for society. The design of this titling work was intervention-action-participation, is a methodology that is inserted within the social field, because it allows the study of a particular situation, integrating the community in solving their own problems. It addresses the problem from the genuine need, designing the action plans together. Through the talks and activities carried out, it was possible to insert the user in recovery process to society making it useful piece for the members of his family. In the same way, it is concluded that the users were trained in various topics, mainly with strategies and workshops that facilitate being an independent worker and thus generate economic income. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo de titulación tiene lugar en el centro Comunidad Terapéutica "La Puerta de Al Ghani" en esta se ejecutan actividades de una clínica de desintoxicación y rehabilitación hacia el ser humano, con el fin de brindar a su vez una ayuda a la sociedad. La adicción es una enfermedad multifactorial que afecta al individuo de manera física, mental y social, por lo cual el paciente debe ser atendido de manera multidisciplinaria; este centro de atención funciona en lo que fue casa particular y ahora están adaptadas para funcionar como un centro de tratamiento o una clínica de rehabilitación. Se tuvo como objetivo general Contribuir en la reinserción social del usuario alcohólico perteneciente al Centro de Rehabilitación Comunidad Terapéutica "La Puerta de AL GHANI Portoviejo-Manabí mediante la ejecución de estrategias y programas que vinculen a la familia como apoyo en la rehabilitación del usuario. La reinserción social es la base en la rehabilitación del usuario alcohólico, busca ayudarle al individuo a dejar los hábitos que lo llevaron a consumir drogas legales y brindarle ayuda para que se transforme en un ser humano que sea de utilidad para la sociedad. El diseño de este trabajo de titulación fue de intervención- acción-participación, es una metodología que se inserta dentro del campo social, porque permite el estudio de una situación en particular, integrando a la comunidad en la solución de sus propios problemas. Se aborda la problemática desde la necesidad auténtica, diseñando los planes de acción en conjunto. A través de las charlas y actividades realizadas, se logró insertar al usuario en proceso de recuperación a la sociedad haciéndolo pieza útil para los miembro de su familia. De la misma manera se concluye que los usuarios fueron capacitados en diversos temas sobre todo con estrategias y talleres que facilitan a ser un trabajador independiente y de esta manera generar ingreso económico. | es_ES |
