The advance of the telephonic fixed industry and motive in our the country has suffered through a series of transformations and the odd man out with no other has not been our country's province taking relating to nearby countries ( Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela ) considering that our country was one of the last few countries of Latin America in making reforms put on the right road free its market from intervening telecommunications deregulation, the introduction of new telephonic companies, EMETEL's dismemberment among others. According to last statistics and we determined polls applied in the Ecuador that the sector of telecommunications has increased the volume of lines or subscribers, so much in movable telephony like in he fixes it becoming thus a generating entity of foreign exchange, profitability and efficiency in information-technology and technological services, that to contributed in tall scale arriving to be placed the sub-sector of telecommunications with a PIB approximately of million $32,000 dollars.
