| dc.description | La implementación de máquinas para el desarrollo intelectual de los estudiantes, permite el avance de habilidades, conocimiento y actitudes de los mismos, ya que es un material didáctico de apoyo para evidenciar situaciones reales y llegar a obtener resultados, tanto positivos como negativos y ser competentes al finalizar la carrera académica. La máquina para fideos es ideal para realizar nuevas investigaciones en lo que respecta a pasta, específicamente en realizar investigaciones para la elaboración de fideos a base de arroz y soja, donde el primer ítems es un producto que en nuestra comunidad actualmente existe una gran sobreproducción. Es posible realizar muchas formas de fideos de varias medidas, cambiando simplemente los moldes. Con un molde apropiado es posible obtener diferentes tipos de fideos. El presente trabajo de tesis, desarrollado bajo una investigación descriptiva, permitió optimizar el servicio que brinda la máquina de hacer fideos, ya que se aprovechará al máximo por los estudiantes y docentes, para que así puedan relacionar la teoría con la aplicación de la misma. Es importante manifestar que la innovación va acorde con el avance de la tecnología, y esto actúa de forma positiva en los estudiantes, porque el cambio de lo tradicional a lo práctico y moderno brinda una nueva forma deaplicar los conocimientos adquiridos. | es_ES |
