Abstract
El presente estudio investigó la morbimortalidad en el trauma toracoabdominal y su
relacion con el mecanismo de producción en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital
Gustavo Domínguez.
La investigación es un estudio Descriptivo, retrosprospectivo de tipo cuantitativo. Con
una muestra de 49 pacientes en el periodo Enero 2016- Enero 2017 utilizando su
totalidad como muestra. Durante el periodo establecido se realizó análisis directo de
historia clínicas empleando estadística descriptiva para los primeros objetivos y en el
tercero y quinto se utilizara estadística analítica. La población en estudio tuvo una
Morbilidad de 33% y Mortalidad de 16%
Description
The present study investigated the morbimortality in the thoracoabdominal trauma and
its relation with the production mechanism in patients attended at the Hospital Gustavo
Dominguez. The research is a descriptive, retrospective, quantitative type study. With a
population of 49 patients during January 2016- January 2017 using their totality as a
sample. of the period established, direct analysis of clinical history was performed using
descriptive statistics for the first objectives and for the third analytical statistic was
used. The study population had a Morbidity of 33% and a Mortality of 16%
