dc.description The following work of qualification in the form of community work was executed in the Faculty of Humanities and social of the Technical University of Manabí. The main objective of this work was to manage the processing of the paperwork under the analitico-sintetico model. The diagnosis was a descriptive study in conjunction with participatory-action research, applying the methods of inductive, deductive, analytical and bibliographic and documentary analysis technique. The intervention was designed with the logical framework methodology. Beneficiaries of this work were 10 administrative, directly and indirectly, 12 teachers, 5 authorities, 250 students and about 1,000 of the University community. The study identifies the lack of technical regulations and the lack of knowledge of the administrative to perform the operations of analitico-sintetico processing of documents. es_ES
dc.description.abstract El siguiente trabajo de titulación bajo la modalidad Trabajo Comunitario fue ejecutado en la Facultad de Ciencias Humanísticas y Sociales de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue gestionar el procesamiento de los documentos administrativos bajo el modelo analítico-sintético. Para el diagnóstico se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo en conjunto con la investigación acción-participativa, aplicando los métodos inductivo, deductivo, analítico y bibliográfico y la técnica de análisis documental. La intervención fue diseñada con la metodología de Marco Lógico. Los beneficiarios de este trabajo fueron de manera directa 10 administrativos, y de manera indirecta, 12 docentes, 5 autoridades, 250 estudiantes y 1.000 referentes de la comunidad universitaria. En el estudio se identifica la carencia de normativas técnicas y la escasez de conocimientos de los administrativos para realizar las operaciones de procesamiento analítico sintético de los documentos. es_ES
