COSTOS DE LOS ÌNSUMOS UTILIZADOS EN LA PRODUCCIÓN AGRÍCOLA EN LA PARROQUIA CHARAPOTÒ DEL CANTÓN SUCRE Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL CONSUMO Y ADQUISICIÓN DE ALIMENTOS DE LA POBLACIÓN DURANTE EL PERIODO 2013-2015

Abstract

This research focused on identifying the cost of inputs used in agricultural production in the parish of Charapotó Canton Sucre and its impact on food consumption and acquisition of the population during the period 2013-2015 which focuses on consumption food and type of inputs used in agricultural production in this town. Which was initiated through information obtained from different sources such as books, web pages for the processes employed in agricultural production from this proceeds to the main axis of departure a full analysis to farmers Charapotó for parish through this obtain an indication of the study population. Through research conducted field can identify in this parish that agricultural production is framed in two sectors that are upper zone and lower zone , reason to take these names because the former has advantage because it has the cause with the old river, fountain vital para obtaining crops here 90% of the sample was carried out to farmers was applied while in the latter production depends on obtaining government once a year as long as there needed rains at this time of year with the remaining 10 % of the study of this economic activity, followed results obtained maize in relation to food consumption of the inhabitants of this parish . There is a high demand for agricultural products of the town but even though the vast majority is aware of the use of inputs of these that affect their health as are the agrochemicals do not take concern when purchasing or consuming , they happen with many of them farmers even knowing their toxicity they do not use protection when handling
