| dc.description | The promotion of mental health consists of actions that create environments and living conditions that foster this and enable people to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles. A community participation action study was conducted, from November 2016 to March 2017; With the intention of promoting mental health activities that contribute to improve the physical, psychological, emotional and social condition of the users of the Road to Peace Rehabilitation Clinic, Pachinche, Portoviejo, through the implementation of regulations of the Ministry of Public Health; Promote integration and recreation therapies; E, encourage the participation of family members in order to promote their full recovery. The survey technique, interview and observation to managers, users and families were used to identify problems, resulting in: poor promotion of mental health activities; Absence of regulations for the physical, social and psychological care described by the Ministry of Public Health; Ignorance about the importance of compliance with the social, physical and emotional rehabilitation regulations of the mental health of the Ministry of Public Health; Little incentive in the participation of the relatives in the rehabilitation of the same ones; Lack of clinical medical evaluation department; Overcrowding; E, lack of coordination with community health unit. In order to solve them, an intervention plan was designed and implemented, with the result that 90% of professional service providers were aware of the importance of complying with the regulations; 100% integration and recreation therapies were performed; And, the participation of family members in mental health was encouraged by 85%. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La promoción de la salud mental consiste en acciones que creen entornos y condiciones de vida que propician ésta y permitan a las personas adoptar y mantener modos de vida saludables. Se realizó un estudio de tipo acción participación comunitaria, desde noviembre 2016 a marzo 2017; con la intención de promocionar actividades de salud mental que contribuyan a mejorar la condición física, psíquica, emocional y social de los usuarios de la Clínica de Rehabilitación Camino hacia la Paz, Pachinche, Portoviejo, mediante implementación de normativa del Ministerio de Salud Pública; promover terapias de integración y recreación; e, incentivar la participación de familiares a fin de favorecer su recuperación total. Se utilizó la técnica encuesta, entrevista y observación a directivos, usuarios y familiares para la identificación de problemas, resultando: deficiente promoción de actividades de salud mental; ausencia de normativas para la atención física, social y psicológica descrita por el Ministerio de Salud Pública; desconocimiento sobre la importancia del cumplimiento de la normativa de rehabilitación social, física y emocional de la salud mental del Ministerio de Salud Pública; poco incentivo en la participación de los familiares en la rehabilitación de los mismos; falta de departamento de evaluación médica clínica; hacinamiento; e, inexistencia de coordinación con unidad de salud de la comunidad. Para darle solución a los mismos se diseñó e implementó un plan de intervención, que tuvo como resultados que el 90% de prestadores de servicios profesionales fueron concienciados sobre la importancia del cumplimiento de la normativa; se ejecutó en un 100% las terapias de integración y recreación; y, se incentivó en un 85% la participación de los familiares en la salud mental. | es_ES |
