Abstract

This paper deals with the realization of a special medical examination within a Ambulatory Care Center (CAA) specific IESS No. 214 corresponding to the Bay City Caráquez equipment; This work followed all procedures established both standards Ecuadorian audit and the rules of government accounting of Ecuador, in both cases, these standards require that this work is properly planned so a program single planning was designed because it is a special test that all activities to develop I was framed; after obtaining general information about the procurement process record keeping use and maintenance and low medical equipment, reviewing internal control component, theaudit program was designed, the same one that incorporated both substantive tests such as fulfillments which later they allowed to obtain evidence that would support the findings ending with a report containing comments, conclusions and recommendations
