ATENCIÓN DE URGENCIAS MEDICAS DE LA UNIDAD MÒVIL DE LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA SALUD. UNIVERSIDAD TÈCNICA DE MANABÌ. SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2007 A FEBRERO DEL 2008

Abstract

The Ability of Sciences of the Health is located inside the university properties in the University Avenue, of the city of Portoviejo, the one that benefits to the community with its Careers of Infirmary, Medicine, Optometry, Clinical Laboratory, Nutrition, the same ones that with the programmed clinical experiences each semester arrives so much at hospital level as community. For such a reason to have a mobile unit, to carry out programs of attention of urgencies, emergencies, smaller surgeries and external consultation, to the communities sectorizadas (inside of and outside of the system of health), so that this way they receive attention of high quality in each one of the specialties that the Ability can offer, by means of the linking of the students and educational.

The mobile unit offered attention to the whole community manabita, to what the necessity is believed of having norms, protocols and for ende a varnish of unemployment cardiorespiratorio that this ready one to prevent the unavoidable thing. Even when the pathologies of urgencies are prioritized that he/she will assist the unit like they are: Politraumatismo, burns, Bites of snakes, intoxications and traumatisms leaving the norms of attention.

The methodology used for this project was: the investigation diagnóstica, analytic, participativa, and the logical mark. The used techniques are: The interview, poll of opinions and surveys. Using the following instruments: Womb of having involved, tree of problems, tree of objectives, tree of alternative, womb of logical mark, monitoreo womb and pursuit. Among the results in the process were the elaboration of the following norms and forms: • Norms for the control of the unemployment car • Valuation of the patient politraumatizado • The patient's valuation with traumatisms • The patient's valuation with burn • The patient's valuation with intoxications • Inform of infirmary • Activity to carry out the personnel of health in each exit • Norma of the personnel's toilet prescribes and infirmary • Norms of handling of the dirty and polluted material • Periodic Norma of the control of infections • Entrance leaf • Leaf of control of surgeries • Leaf Control of movement of patient • I inventory of the existent Medications in the varnish of RCP. 2008
