| dc.description | En las actuales circunstancias que enfrenta la humanidad frente al cambio climático, es necesario evaluar los sistemas ganaderos en búsqueda de la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad, para la toma de decisiones en la implementación. El presente trabajo se realizó en el cantón Chone, Provincia de Manabí, ubicado en las siguientes coordenadas: Latitud: 0° 40′ 60″ Sur, 80° 6′ 0″ Oeste, con una temperatura promedio de 27 °C, precipitación anual de 1400 a 1500 mm. Con el objetivo de determinar los rendimientos productivos, composición botánica, contenido nutricional y variables agronómicas de praderas dispuestas en dos sistemas de pastoreo, racional Voisin y de pastoreo continuo. Se determinó el rendimiento de biomasa a través de aforos para las épocas de lluvia y de poca lluvia, así mismo de evaluó variables agronómicas, la composición botánica y el contenido bromatológico de la gramínea predominante en cada sistema, se obtuvieron datos numéricos, con los cuales se procedió a obtener derivaciones en base a los objetivos específicos. Los resultados evidenciaron una diferencia estadística entre las épocas de lluvia y poca lluvia respecto a al rendimiento de forraje destacándose el sistema de pastoreo racional Voisin sobre el pastoreo continuo, en lo referente a las variables agronómicas y contenido nutricional los resultados superiores se encontraron en la (PRV), para la composición Botánica se observó similitud entre los sistemas, sin embargo el (PRV) en su conjunto fue más favorables para las condiciones de las plantas, lo que implicaría servicios ambientales, mayor digestibilidad, así como un mejor confort a los animales. | dc.description.abstract | In the current circumstances that humanity faces in the face of climate change, it is necessary to evaluate livestock systems in search of sustainability and sustainability, for decision-making in implementation. The present work was carried out in the Chone canton, Province of Manabí, located in the following coordinates: Latitude: 0° 40' 60" South, 80° 6' 0" West, with an average temperature of 27 °C, annual rainfall of 1400 to 1500mm. With the objective of determining the productive yields, botanical composition, nutritional content and agronomic variables of meadows arranged in two grazing systems grazing system: Voisin rational grazing and the continuous grazing system. The biomass yield was determined through gauging for the rainy and low-rain seasons, as well as agronomic variables, the botanical composition and the bromatological content of the predominant grass in each system, numerical data were obtained, with which referrals were obtained based on the specific objectives. The results showed a statistical difference between the rainy and low-rain seasons with respect to forage yield, highlighting the Voisin rational grazing system over continuous grazing, in relation to the agronomic variables and nutritional content, the superior results were found in the SPRV , for the Botanical composition, similarity was observed between the systems, however the SPRV as a whole was more favorable for the conditions of the plants, which would imply environmental services, greater digestibility, as well as better comfort for the animals.
