Abstract

With the purpose of linking the academic formation in areas of community, and surgical attention in the mobile unit he/she was carried out a project of community type using the methodology of the logical mark for that which the types of ambulatory surgeries were determined that you/they have been carried out to establish admission protocols, of attention intaoperatorio and post operative in the patients that he/she will be carried out ambulatory surgery in the Mobile Clinic and to endow of a surgical equipment for Ambulatory surgery. The results of the project give bill that the 12 surgeries that were carried out were lipomas extraction, terigium, bonds, closing of anal water-pipe, umbilical herniorrafia. The age groups that you/they received the benefit of the surgery in the mobile clinic are among the smallest age range that corresponds to 19 years and the range bigger than 51 years Of the patients interviewees, the 2 were referred by other professionals of health that didn't have relationship with the professionals that support with their work in the mobile clinic, they manifested that they had solved their problem of health in a satisfactory way that you/they are satisfied with the received attention. The manifestations of their satisfaction are related with the personnel's good treatment, and what what they didn't like was the physical area one manifested that it was small and the other one that was not adapted. When valuing the execution of standard of attention in the preoperative period, intraopoeratorio and posoperatorio of ambulatory surgeries, protocols don't exist, but in spite of it 50% of the valued aspects was completed in spite of this. With this base it was fulfilled the result 1 of the project that was to elaborate the protocol of attention for ambulatory surgery, describing procedures that are orientativos for the good acting, preoperative, posoperatorio and intraoperatorio The result 2 it was completed by means of the purchase of a surgery team Based on the results the diffusion of the service was recommended that you toasts, developing a program of promotion of the service, a reference system and contrareferencia with units of health of any dependence.
