Abstract

The digital breach conceived as the inequality of possibilities that you/they exist to consent to the information, to the knowledge and the education by means of the technologies of the information and of the communication (TIC), related from the technological point of view, it is one of the fundamental components that impacts in the development process and growth of the towns.

Looked from this perspective, the Ecuadorian university and particularly the Technical University of Manabí and their Ability of Administrative and Economic Sciences are involved in this technological breach, since they have demonstrated this way it the results obtained in the present investigation where has been able to verify the I discourage especially in the students that come every day like they are being relegated of the scientific, technological, academic advance and in the way like their educational ones continue imparting their classes.

The outlined general objective was the one of analyzing the digital breach and its contribution in the formation of the professional of the Ability of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí, what determined that the contribution of this is highly negative, since although it is certain that this unit academic bill with certain technological resources, is not less certain than the same ones they don't supply the demand existent point of professors like of the own students, for it that the hypothesis that thought about is to be affirmative or positive, that is to say that the digital breach is negative factor in the process of the professional formation of this Ability.

The applied methodology type is the descriptive and explanatory, since the obtained results were proven them in the same place of the facts, using the deductive and inductive methods, among other and the most suitable techniques that allowed the truthfulness of the obtained data.

The challenge of the educational ones particularly and in the face of new changes in the educational process that is imparted in this university and particularly in this academic unit, they make that the same ones get ready to face it, since the new teaching paradigms - learning and what is demanding the world globalizado and competitive.

Reason why, if it is equipped to this Ability with the basic technological resources to enter of full to the professional's new formation that here is educated, the changes will be extremely flattering, since this new one professional it will go out with vast knowledge that it will allow them to put them into practice where she/he plays them to act and they will be more competitive in their action radio.
