RECOLECCIÓN Y DISPOSICIÓN DE DESECHOS SÓLIDOS EN LA CIUDADELA “EFRÉN FLOR” DE LA PARROQUIA PICOAZÁ DEL CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO DURANTE LOS MESES DE MAYO A NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO 2008

Abstract

This Thesis Work of communitarian development, with Investigation-Diagnostic- Participating methodology, was developed on the basis of the problematic one of the urban solid remainders, to the lack of brings back to consciousness citizen of our locality, which has taken to the deterioration of the image and the patrimony of our future generations. According to the raised thing one concludes that it is necessary to act on this reality, to foment the values of the conservation of the environment. The present situation in the Efrén Citadel Flower of the Picoazá Parish, justifies the realised proposal, that arises like an alternative to deal with not only the problematic one the remainders, but the indifference that has occurred to the civic aspects, ethical morals and of the population and the local authorities. This project has been developed in three parts: First to organize to the community by means of the Creation of a Commission of communitarian Organization, who plays a role fundamental for the development of a population able to make decisions and to undertake actions that improve their standard of life; Secondly to supply of infrastructure and organization for the storage and disposition of urban solid remainders which was used for the preclassification as the same in the homes of the families who participated, which was fundamental in the processes of operation, harvesting and disposition of the same, fomenting the principle of environmental conservation, with citizen responsibility; and Third party to obtain a community organized and brought back to consciousness by means of the qualification, in order to take care of the needs social, to contribute to the public health. In conclusion we can show that the execution of this project was an enriching experience, because a service to the community was lent and it was managed to acquire valuable knowledge they will help that us in our professional life, like future reference in the development of activities for the society and the environment.
