Abstract

SUMMARY The thesis was conducted in order to establish a successful training in the management of grassland systems with the Association of Agricultural Producers " Santa Rosa Community " of the Parish of San Pedro de Suma of Canton El Carmen , we used the method of action linking participatory and community integration of the members of the Association of Agricultural Producers " Santa Rosa 's Community " , who were the direct beneficiaries for the proper management of grassland systems , obtaining as conclusions that producers lacked Association knowledge of new techniques to efficiently and effectively transfer the management of grassland systems , demonstrating that not using grass cutting , much less silage for livestock provide food in times of scarcity , it was found that poor management training grasslands producers had impacted on virtually no fertilization activities were held in the paddocks and when they did mostly used in chemical fertilizers , the pasture production for many years had been making empirically , without any technical management , dominated pasture crops ¸ Savoy without imposing new grazing systems in producing them for higher performance in livestock feed due to poor knowledge on the subject , because the community were trained on handling grassland systems , analyzing new processes for better quality and optimum performance.
