| dc.description | RESUMEN La presente tesis estudia la factibilidad para instalación de una planta procesadora de helado de crema en la Facultad de Ciencias Zootécnicas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Se realizó un estudio de mercado del producto, donde se analizó la demanda, la oferta, los precios y comercialización del mismo; al terminar esta primera parte, se determina que el 98% de la población consume helado lo que indica que es conveniente la instalación de la planta productora, por existir demanda potencial del producto. Además se diseñó un plan de negocios determinándose la localización óptima, capacidad instalada y descripción del proceso productivo de helado de crema. También se incluye un plan de inversión donde el monto es de $ 69.460,84 en el que se realiza un análisis financiero de todas las condiciones de operación, estimando la inversión inicial, los costos totales de operación $ 10.373,08, el capital de trabajo que es $ 17.358,59, así mismo se determinó la rentabilidad económica de toda la inversión bajo criterios claramente definidos, tales como el Valor Actual Neto $ 43.824,25 y la Tasa interna de Retorno que se determinó en un 37%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY This thesis studies the feasibility of installing a processing plant ice cream at the Faculty of Zootechnical Science, Technical University of Manabi. The end of this first part, determined that 98 % of the population consumes ice indicating that the installation is convenient , a study of the product market, where demand , supply, pricing and marketing of the same was discussed was performed of the production plant, potential demand for existing product .
