FORTALECIMIENTO DE LA INVESTIGACION CLINICA Y EPIDEMIOLOGICA DE GASTRITIS POR HELICOBACTER PILORY EN PACIENTES ATENDIDOS EN EL SERVICIO DE GASTROENTEROLOGIA DEL HOSPITAL SOLCA DE PORTOVIEJO DE MAYO - NOVIEMBRE DEL 2010

Abstract

This project is designed and written with the importance of obtaining precise and accurate diagnosis of bacterial infections and behavior to follow and that not having a bacteriology laboratory can not identify and diagnose patients and hinders student learning. Currently bacterial infections are one of the biggest health problems facing the medical staff every day, but not having adequate preparation in this area, the lack of scientific information and adequate infrastructure are shown as one of the largest obstacles in the pursuit of improving the quality of health users for this reason this work is also aimed at improving the awareness of students of the School of Medicine to see that the level of knowledge was very low with this problem. For this reason we have investigated the epidemiological profile of gastritis by H. pylori in a group of patients treated in the field of gastroenterology oncology Solca Hospital Manabí to know the population ages and bulnerable to this organism, just as knowing the type of injury that occurs more freucente and link theory with practice, for this is addressed in this project to strengthen clinical research in epidemiology. The beneficiaries in this work are the people who make the university community to promote bacteriological research to understand the behavior of bacteria. For this project the methodology was the logical framework, and attached to this all the scientific information obtained from the micro projects were developed jointly based on the principles of research, giving the utility and importance to the implementation of laboratory bacteriological medical career.
