FORTALECIMIENTO DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN CLÍNICA EPIDEMIOLÓGICA DE LA TUBERCULOSIS PROVINCIA DE MANABI MAYO A NOVIEMBRE DEL 2010

Abstract

At the present time the Bacterial Infections constitute one of the biggest sanitary problems in the community, and that the medical personnel faces day by day; however not having an appropriate preparation in this environment, the lack of scientific information, and of appropriate infrastructure, they are shown like one of the biggest obstacles in the search of improvement of the quality of health in the users. In the face of the necessity of linking the theory with the practice the present project was approached for the invigoration of the epidemic clinical investigation of Tuberculosis in Manabí in the year 2010; since this it is an illness that affects without age distinction, I generate, economic condition that at the present time their coinfección TB - HIV and I drug resistance, they constitute a problem of public health, before this reason we saw the necessity to foment the deep study of bacteriology in the medical formation; this way jointly to eradicate in some future this endemic illness that causes death and impediment for the development of our nation The objectives of this community work, are the one of motivating the academic preparation of a group of educational and students of the Career of Medicine, to endow from instruments, materials and inputs to the area of bacteriology of the laboratory of epidemic clinical investigation; to determine the epidemic profile of the micobacterium tuberculosis in the County of Manabí in the year 2009. The used methodology was that of the Logical Marco with all its more tools the obtained scientific information of the micro projects that conjointly were elaborated being based on the principles of the investigation. It was qualified in diagnostic bacteriological to the educational of diverse classes of the Career of Medicine, likewise they were qualified the students of 4to semester of the Career of Medicine it has more than enough generalities in bacteriology. He/she surrendered an electronic device and other teams for the bacteriological diagnosis.
