OFERTA Y DEMANDA DE PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN LAS UNIDADES DE SALUD DE LA CIUDAD DE PORTOVIEJO DURANTE EL PERÍODO DE ABRIL A OCTUBRE DEL 2005

Abstract

The present investigation work was carried out with the purpose of knowing the "it Offers and it Demands of Professional of Infirmary in the Units of Health of the city of Portoviejo during the period of April to October of the 2005. "

For this investigation they thought about the following objectives: - To Determine the offer and infirmary professional's demand in the units of health of the city of Portoviejo. - To Determine the number of professionals of Infirmary that you/they consist in the list of payment of the public institutions, semiprivadas and private. - To Determine according to the technical and administrative approaches the personnel's endowment required for the care of the patients according to the bed number and for cares preventive so much publics, semiprivados and private. - To Determine the number of professional egresados like offer of the school of infirmary of the Technical University of Manabí.

This study was of descriptive, prospective and analytic type; the tabulation and analysis of the data were carried out it based on squares and statistical graphics. With the analyzed data we can reject the outlined hypothesis, since the Offer exists in enough number, but in the Demand it is not considered recommendations so much at international level in the preventive area as in the healing one.
