MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCIÓN E INDUSTRIALIZACIÓN DEL CONEJO DOMÉSTICO (ORYCTOLAGUS CUNICULUS) EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ZOOTÉCNICAS EXTENSIÓN CHONE

Abstract

The rabbit is the breeding and exploitation of domestic rabbit farming is a long life in our country, despite several attempts to stimulate this activity, breeding and rabbit farm in Ecuador is still very limited. However, this species has several advantages that could be exploited in some regions to address the problems of malnutrition that afflict sectors of the population with limited economic resources, and help provide a greater variety of products and meet the demand for meat urban centers with populations with higer consumption capacity exists. this community work took place in the premises of the Faculty of Sciences Chone Zootécnicas extension, aiming at improving production processes rabbit in the Faculty of Scingineerence Chone Zootecnicas extension to generate systems more efficcient industrialization through the implementation of new equipment (cage, feeders,feeder) and adaptation of the rabbit farms area; allowing improve professional career profile of Zootécnica Engineering; the follwing tecniques were used: matrix involved, problem tree, objective tree, tree of alternatives, logical framework matrix; using as a tool the survey addressed the students of the Engineering and Engineering Zootécnica Agricultural Industries to determine the needs of the faculty.
