| dc.description.abstract | En el Hospital Básico Manglaralto acuden 432 usuarias en riesgo obstétrico aproximadamente; en los que se coloca las infecciones de vías urinarias como la más concurrente es de dominio público que la infección del tracto urinario es un problema de salud a nivel mundial de acuerdo a su alta incidencia o recurrencia tuvo como objetivo Determinar las infecciones urinarias recurrentes en mujeres gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Básico Manglaralto; Santa Elena 2017. Tubo como metodología descriptiva, prospectiva porque se desarrolló y analizo datos en relación a la temática durante el momento en que se dio la problemática; en este caso conforme llegaban las usuarias; datos como, el rango de edades en que prevalece las infecciones urinarias, los tipos de infecciones urinarias recurrentes, las causas que conllevan a presentar infecciones urinarias y los signos y síntomas en la mujer gestante con infección urinaria en mujeres Gestantes Atendidas en el Hospital Básico Manglaralto; Santa Elena. El beneficio de ese trabajo de titulación fue la destreza y dominio de este tema no solo para al personal que labora dentro de la Institución, sino que engloba al usuario y familiares de cuidado directo. La originalidad del documento fue de nuestra total posesión y nos complace en darlo a conocer a los demás. En la actualidad la mujer en estado de gestación desconoce signos y síntomas que suelen ser de gran importancia para consulta médica. Con resultado se concluye que en relación a las características sociodemográficas encontramos que el mayor rango porcentual de gestantes con infecciones recurrente está en el 14% menor de 14 años con un estado civil de unión libre que proceden del área urbana. El estatus económico es un factor influyente; como probabilidad de riesgo ya que el déficit xii económico hace que la mujer desista a sus controles médicos, por lo cual no cumple con los cinco controles médicos como indica el Ministerio de Salud. | es_ES |
