Abstract

At world level the natural disasters and antrópicos are a risk that you/thhreaten the economic stability in these moments, politics and social of aaffected country; keeping in mind their destructive magnitude. The culture of the prevention in risks for disasters for the community has nbeen propitiated neither developed so that it allows the organization, planninand taking of pertinent decisions in this area. As consequence of all theactors of causation it should be recognized that it is a community in whihe vulnerability goes in increase, human, economic losses, materials and fende the deterioration of the quality of life. In correspondence with hpreviously expressed, the problem was diagnosed: How to reduce the risk fdisasters and to give the security to the university community of the Ability Sciences of the Health, in Portoviejo? An intervention project was developed for the university community whodirect beneficiaries were 115 students of the first semester of the caremedicine, and whose objective was guided to reduce the risks for disastersorder to diminish the insecurity and to improve its quality of life. To promote the coordination of human resources, and institutional efforts he Civil Defense and the Body of Firemen, and the holding in the trainin program, and mockeries, it allows to diminish the insecurity in the universcommunity You drifted and it elaborated a handling Plan about risks in disasters in thAbility of Sciences of the Health, Technical University Of Manabí. It was elaborated it executed and it evaluated a training program it has more than enough risk and disasters that single debit side to be the beginning and the step for the experience of including this topic like an obligatory matter in the curriculum of the ability. It was recommended that he/she leaves measuring biannually and be carried out 2 mockeries 2 times to the year like this specification one in the plan of disasters.
