Abstract

Due to the geographic ubication of Manabi’s province many times is impossible that the people can realize a medical examination and obviously an intervention type chirurgical overcoat when the hospitals and sub centers that does not have the nessesary materials for an excellent and adequate attention and thus have a healthy and productive poblation. For this reason, as students that have finished the medicine career in the Technical university of Manabi, we have decided to contribute with our knowledge’s in the solution of this actual problems in the mobile unity of the school of science of the health, helping to the poor people, allowing to accede a good ambulatory chirurgical attention that satisfy the necessities to short costs, Previous the diagnostic of the mobile unity we saw the multiples deficiencies that afflicts it, and it originate the necessity of endow chirurgical lenin just as much as discartable as use again, to satisfy the chirurgical requests that are imparting in the mobile unity Through the theorical mark we fortified the knowledge’s in the use of the norms and handling of the chirurgical lenin thinking about the discardable type is the proper material agree we the international standards. The methodology use was the logical mark participant, obtaining thus the acceptance of the endowed, and use saw the optimal results, defending the labor in the manual wrought to have as reference in the application of the chirurgical methods that are going to the realize. With this antecedents we had finished that the mobile unity need chirurgical lenin materials just as much as discartable. As use again with the witch to going to diminish the hazard of pollution of the chirurgical proceedings that the people can realize, and with the finality that the people carry out with the correct use and handling the lenin, we wrought a manual that contains the basics norms to the use and support of it.
