| dc.description | The social work professional, has a wide scenario for its development; In this essay the judicial field is highlighted, where it acquires the denomination of social worker forensic or social worker in the legal partner field. The purpose of this work settled to analyze the mode of action of this professional identifying the main functions in its performance; An updated bibliographic study was conducted, focusing on the selection of relevant information, as well as an interview with the only professional in this area in the Office of the Attorney General of the state of the Canton Portoviejo-Ecuador, which allowed to determine that one of the main roles of the social worker in this area, is to respond with the social evidence in the criminal context and contribute with his knowledge , skills and values, to the competent judicial authority, so that it bases its opinion adjusted to the social right of those involved. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El profesional de Trabajo Social, posee un escenario amplio para su desarrollo; en el presente ensayo se destaca el campo judicial, donde este adquiere la denominación de trabajador social forense o trabajador social en el campo socio jurídico. El propósito de este trabajo radicó en analizar el modo de actuación de este profesional identificando las principales funciones en su desempeño; se realizó un estudio bibliográfico actualizado, centrado en la selección de información relevante, así como una entrevista a la única profesional de esta área en la Fiscalía General del Estado del cantón Portoviejo- Ecuador, lo que permitió determinar que uno de los roles principales del trabajador social en esta área, consiste en dar respuesta con la evidencia social en el contexto penal y contribuir con sus conocimientos, habilidades y valores, a la autoridad judicial competente, para que base su dictamen ajustado al derecho social de los involucrados. | es_ES |
