Abstract
The main objective of the present work under the research modality was to design a strategy for the use of technological resources that favors the development of compression and expression of Language in children of 4 years of the Initial Education Center " Cincinato Estrada "of the Parroquia Charapotó; to achieve this purpose it was necessary to carry out a bibliographical, field, statistical, explanatory and informative research study that would allow to solve the detected problem, guided by the deductive, inductive, non-experimental, analytical, synthesis and descriptive methods, the structure of a theoretical framework with thematic contents linked to the basic variables to support the presented inquiry, highlighting that the use of the computer, projector, TV / DVD, sound / audio players, computer programs (PowerPoint) and others, become viable educational alternatives in the planning and execution of pedagogical strategies and innovative educational activities that strengthen the development of vocabulary and improve pronunciation in children, building technological educational environments in which importance is given to the use of tools and means that in fact offer remarkable advantages they bring significantly improve the linguistic skills of early childhood education

El presente trabajo bajo la modalidad de investigación tuvo por objetivo principal diseñar una estrategia para el uso de los recursos tecnológicos que favorezca el desarrollo de las destrezas del ámbito compresión y expresión del lenguaje en los niños y niñas de 4 años del Centro de Educación Inicial “Cincinato Estrada” de la Parroquia Charapotó; para lograr este propósito fue preciso efectuar un estudio investigativo bibliográfico, de campo, estadístico, explicativo e informativo que permitiera solucionar la problemática detectada, guiándose con los métodos deductivo, inductivo, no experimental, analítico, síntesis y descriptivo, se logró la estructura de un marco teórico con contenidos temáticos vinculados con las variables básicas para fundamentar la indagación presentada, resaltado que el uso del computador, proyector,, televisor/DVD, reproductores de sonidos/audio, programas informáticos (PowerPoint) y otros, se convierten en alternativas educativas viables en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias pedagógicas y actividades educativas innovadoras que fortalecen el desarrollo del vocabulario y mejoran la pronunciación en los niños/as, construyendo entornos educativos tecnológicos en los que se da importancia al uso de la herramientas y medios que en realidad ofrecen destacables ventajas que aportan significativamente en el perfeccionamiento de destrezas lingüísticas de los infantes de educación inicial.
