Abstract

This research work center requesting analysis, public investment as a result of the law of territorial equity and its contribution to social and economic development of the inhabitants of Pichincha Canton, period 2012-2015, as an alternative means of interpreting their socioeconomic impact on population stability in response to their basic needs, generating sources of direct and indirect labor, because this other cantons of Ecuador to be considered small have always been marginalized comprehensive system of development plans by the lack of financial allocations, an aspect that the Law on Territorial Equity has improved the living conditions of the various communities in the canton, strengthening the productive apparatus and determining constraints of a process of good living in the town of canton, this allows the impact new schemes budgetary participation make the GAD-Municipal permanently obtain financial resources and make them available to the community by means of works of basic servicos and infrastructure development and socio-economic growth, based on institutional POA aspects as an alternative element strategic planning for better exploitation of the various resources of the institution in benefit of the cantonal population, work degree is based onscientific research by applying the deductive and inductive methods with techniques and instruments to effectuate quantitatively and qualitatively the study of public investment as a result of the application of the law of equity in the provision of socio-economic development of the canton Pichincha
