ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA PLANTA PROCESADORA DE YOGURT BATIDO DE FRUTAS EN EL CANTÓN TOSAGUA, PROVINCIA DE MANABÍ .

Abstract

The present entrepreneurship project was directed towards the development of a business model in order to implement a fruit smoothie yogurt production company in the province of Manabí in the canton of Tosagua. The following market: technical, financial, economic, administrative, legal and social studies were carried out; At the same time, the environmental impacts of each of the planned activities were also evaluated. As a result of the market study, an acceptance of 84% was observed by the surveyed population. Likewise; the location of the company on the outskirts of the city is of great importance, since it is possible to work more easily without affecting the neighbors. In addition, the elaboration process and the machinery to be used were described, developing institutional values and a marketing plan. In terms of finances, it is verified that the product will have a presentation of 200 ml, this being guava flavored with a value of USD 1.32 per unit. Similarly, regarding the viability of the project, a NPV of USD 44.062 was determined; while the IRR was 26.91%. This guarantees a success in the project with a capital return time from one year and; with a cost benefit ratio of USD 1.19. Therefore, it is concluded that the whipped yogurt production project in the city of Tosagua is viable, attracting acceptable economic benefits.
