Abstract

This investigative work intended to analyze the stadiums that are patients who were admitted in the field of Nephrology at the "Verdi Cevallos Balda" of the Portoviejo City Hospital. In the chapter I describe the subject, the approach to the objective and the rationale of the research problem. The theoretical framework, where detailed investigative background, the philosophical foundation of songs of different authors on Chronic Renal failure, and the marking of variables is developed in chapter II. Chapter III presents the methodology, outlines the basic form of research, the level or type of research, population, operalización variables, as well as techniques and instruments used, the collection of information and the processing thereof. Chapter IV makes analysis and interpretation of results. Chapter v is punctually. Chapter V spells out the conclusions and recommendations. In Chapter VI determines a proposal with a clinical guide that gives recommendations to the team of health, doctors and nurses working in primary care with the aim of preventing the ERC in population at risk.
