Abstract

The county of Manabí for its geographical location, becomes impossible the access to the units of health, even more to be carried out an intervention of surgical type, for this reason the Ability of Sciences of Health to be linked with the communities believes the mobile unit to mitigate ailments at marginal urban, urban level as rural. For this reason, as egresados of the Technical University of Manabí, we decide to contribute with our knowledge in the solution of the present problems in the Mobile Unit of the Ability of Sciences of the Health, like it is the one of endowing of termorregulación means to benefit this way the users of scarce economic resources that end up receiving attention and this way to avoid complications for cooling or heating. The reference mark contains a brief historical review of the Technical University of Manabí, termorregulación definitions, the losses and earnings of heat. The used methodology was that of the logical mark, participativa getting this way the acceptance of the team endowment, being observed good results, sustaining the work in the norms for the operation of the termorregulación means.
