Abstract

In the county of Manabí that for their geographical location, it many times is made impossible that the people could be carried out a medical checkup, many less be carried out an intervention of surgical type and stiller when you exist hospitals and subcentros that they don't have the necessary materials for a good and appropriate attention and so have a population many but healthy and productive. For this reason, we like egressions of the Technical University of Manabí decided to contribute the Mobile Unit of the Faculty of Sciences of the Health with our knowledge in the solution of these problems present in, benefiting so to most of the people of scarce economic resources, permitting it consent to a good ambulatory surgical attention that she satisfy the necessities to low costs. To the mobile unit, you she knows you it in their place of remodelation, maintaining contact with the people involved for the effect. You it is donated lancer and surgical material, in order to carry out all type of minor surgeries. The frame of reference contains a brief historical review of the Technical University of Manabí, definitions of the area, instrumental and lancer to use, the types of surgeries to be carried out. The used methodology was that of the logical frame, participative getting the acceptance of the implementation so, observing good results, sustaining the work in the elaborated Manual so that he is had like reference in the application of the surgical methods to be carried out.
