Abstract

Being the economy of a canton a group of productive activities of diverse specifications, in the canton Bolívar is expressed inside this parameter the poultry keeping, the same one that for his magnitude and importance of integration of other sectors the productive apparatus, achieves managerial an important list economic partner in the canton and county; because their products are marketed in diverse markets of the country. The problem outlined to be analyzed, from the optics of identifying the differences or negative affectations for the development of this sector, they were identified as the market that is attended by similar products of other counties and even of the Peru whose prices index them they are very low in relation to those generated in the poultry of the canton Bolívar, but the quality of our meat is very superior to the Peruvian chicken. Problems like supplies of bovine, delivery of chickens for it puts on weight, chicks for posture, in time planned by the investor-proprietors of the poultry facilities, are evident, although easy of being overcome.
