Abstract

The present thesis entitled "Relation of the annual operative plan of the faculty of administrative and economic sciences with the budgetary planning of the Technical University of Manabí, years 2016-2017", contains the general aspects of the institution, a brief theoretical framework about the Plan Annual Operations (AOP), budget planning and its legal basis. The present work has as purpose to demonstrate the fulfillment of the main goals that appear in the annual operative plan with the budgetary planning by means of the application of management indicators, with the purpose of verifying if the objectives and goals have been fulfilled with efficiency and effectiveness. by the faculty. As a result of the analysis carried out, a results report was elaborated that details the facts found, as well as the conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the budget planning and execution processes
