Abstract

The commercial sector complies with a very significant index within the economy, this is how this research is directed to the automotive sector, this being an area dedicated to the development, design and sales of vehicles. The global danger generated by the covid-19 put companies in front of several challenges and challenges, this is how this work will analyze the situation that business Moracosta S.A lived through; know if the strategies and methods that were applied within the company or not favored its growth.The objective is to know how the work environment affected the organizational resilience of the company through results obtained by the collaborators and manager; know the emerging plan obtained by the company to maintain and recover its commercial activities in the face of adversity. Although it is true, the company had a new vision of opportunities leading it to be able to achieve a better future.
