| dc.description | La presente investigación se desarrolló, en la Central Genética Gruber Zambrano de la Asociación de Ganaderos de Santo Domingo (ASOGAN SD), en las siguientes coordenadas 0°15´11´´S 79°10´31.3´´ O, la fase experimental fue durante 120 días desde junio a octubre de 2020. Con el objetivo de determinar el efecto de la suplementación vitamínico – mineral sobre la calidad de ovocitos para producción in vitro de embriones en vacas cebuinas donadoras, para lo cual se utilizaron 4 productos comerciales a 9 vacas Bos indicus de raza Gyr lechero, las que constituyeron los cuatro tratamientos para el efecto se utilizó un diseño de medidas repetidas. En cuanto a la producción de ovocitos viables el tratamiento de mejor desempeño fue el T2, así mismo para la producción de embriones este tratamiento obtuvo la mayor respuesta, mientras que el estudio económico mostró que el T1 tuvo la mayor tasa de retorno siendo el más rentable, en este sentido es necesario el suministro de complejo vitamínico y mineral a vacas donadoras para obtener mayor producción y calidad de ovocitos como para la fertilización de los embriones. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was developed at the Gruber Zambrano Genetic Center of the Santo Domingo Cattlemen Association (ASOGAN SD), at the following coordinates 0 ° 15´11´´S 79 ° 10´31.3´´ O, the experimental phase was for 120 days from June to October 2020. With the aim of determining the effect of vitamin-mineral supplementation on the quality of oocytes for in vitro production of embryos in donor zebu cows, for which 4 commercial products were used for 9 cows Bos indicus of the dairy Gyr breed, which constituted the four treatments for the effect, a repeated measures design was used.
