El proceso de producción y su relación con la responsabilidad social en la pastelería y dulcería Andony, Portoviejo, provincia de Manabí, Ecuador.

Abstract

The present research work aims to analyze the production process and its relationship with the social responsibility of the Pastry and Sweet Shop Andony, considering as the main axis the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in companies that start from a family business such as the Andony Bakery. Production processes and Corporate Social Responsibility work constantly hand in hand, being that large industries are the ones that most affect the environment with the constant pollution they transmit, therefore, Corporate Social Responsibility focuses on equating the effects caused by means of aid to society. In the course of the investigation, it will be analyzed through the help of the PLARSE Indicators (Latin American Program for Corporate Social Responsibility) to measure the level of impact that the Andony Pastry and candy store has on society. For data collection, two methods were used, one quantitative and the other qualitative, which are the survey and the interview. These methods helped us to perceive the variables in a different way. As a sample, the employees of the Pastry Matrix were chosen, since they are constantly in charge of work in the production area of said company, for this reason the surveys were carried out to 25 employees of the Production Area and the Administrator was interviewed Miss Raissa Valdiviezo to have a direct approach with the company.
