dc.description La provincia de Manabí por tradición es cuna de pensamientos y de valores culturales. En su historia ha tenido grandes escritores y oradores de la literatura. La poca producción de literatos en los últimos años, es un factor importante para ser investigado. Los profesionales en la literatura adquieren el compromiso de cumplir con rigor los preceptos contenidos en los códigos éticos que su profesión tiene establecido. La presente investigación procura establecer estrategias y proponerlas para ser realizadas en el futuro, como alternativa que favorezca el conocimiento bibliográfico y la práctica de estos valores literarios en el cantón Portoviejo. es_ES
dc.description.abstract The province of Manabi by tradition is cradle of thoughts and cultural values. In his history he has had great writers and orators of literature. The low production of literati in recent years, is an important factor to be investigated. Professionals in literature acquire the commitment to rigorously comply with the precepts contained in the ethical codes that their profession has established. The present research seeks to establish strategies and propose them to be carried out in the future, as an alternative that favors the bibliographical knowledge and the practice of these literary values in the Portoviejo city. es_ES
