Abstract

The Provincial and Educational Hospital Dr. Verdi Cevallos Cripples, of the city of Portoviejo it is at the moment an organization of health of public and social service that belongs to the Ministry of Public Health, bill with 305 hospital beds, more than 20 observation beds, it is leaning, supervised and evaluated by the Provincial Address of Health, with jurisdiction technician office worker, since it is managed by means of norms, procedures and own structural, functional flowcharts. The investigation was of descriptive-prospective type, the universe constituted it 14 patients and 22 resources in the infirmary area (3 Graduates in Infirmary and 19 infirmary assistants).
