EVALUACIÓN DEL IMPACTO FAMILIAR EN LA POBLACIÓN INFANTIL CON ASMA BRONQUIAL DE LA CIUDAD DE PORTOVIEJO, QUE ACUDE A LA EMERGENCIA DEL HOSPITAL “DR. VERDI CEVALLOS BALDA” DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2010 A MAYO DEL 2011

Abstract

The objective of this thesis work was to know the relationship that exists especially among the quality of the patient's life with bronchial asthma and the family impact that he/she has the pathology in mention on its caretakers the family mothers. In this carried out study which was prospective descriptive 30 children of both goods participated with prevalence of the masculine one of ages understood among 2 to 5 years of age and their respective caretakers, to them by means of questions carried out under the application of surveys according to the such variables as age, I generate, schooling among other one could obtain results that they give an answer as much the patient as their caretaker perceive a high impact respectively in the quality of life and the family life on how. Therefore their perception is related with the graveness of the bronchial asthma, the morbidity and the boy's age. It is also necessary to emphasize that so much the patient with bronchial asthma as her caretaker doesn't always experience reason why a bigger sensation of well-being in our study we make stress that the family is the main indicator to know how it rebounds the illness in both. Previously they have been carried out isolated studies on the bronchial asthma and their family impact however is of supreme importance to analyze both variables as complementary measures of the clinical evaluations and as necessary indicators to be able to evaluate the treatment in the patients.
