Abstract

Everything in life evolves from the great cosmos, through the man, even in small excerpts of some Manabi’s landscape. Therefore it is necessary that the knowledge of people evolve by becoming more efficient and faster at the same time, because of the demand of the processes of everyday life. The following community development work, carried out at the Technical University of Manabi, Department of Health Sciences, School of Medicine , in Portoviejo City; is one of the main requirements for obtaining the degree as Medical Surgeons, which was a work directed to knowing the method of education and learning of Medicine Based on Evidence that was directed specially for teachers and students of sixth semester of the school of Medicine and in this way strengthen their knowledge, then to take them to the practice with real responsibility and simultaneously to offer a better attention to the patients. For this reason we justify the creation of a physical area for getting updated information about Medicine Based on Evidence for teachers in order that they transmit their knowledge to students, since their training needs of efforts and advanced knowledge for their development in any health area health to offer an ideal attention for patients.
