LA ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA Y EJECUCIÓN DE PROYECTOS PRODUCTIVOS DE OFIS(OFICINA DE INVESTIGACIÓN SOCIAL Y DEL DESARROLLO) EN EL CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO SOCIECONÓMICO 2002-2006

Abstract

The Economy of the Underdeveloped Countries, focuses to that the poverty is the lack of the goods and necessary services to satisfy the basic necessities. As it indicates it their own definition, it is of relative nature: it is poor - or rich, in this context - with regard to the situation of other people or countries, because the same idea of necessities "basic" it is imprecise and because the individuals can never satisfy completely their necessities. The productivity is a relative measure that measures the capacity of a productive factor to create certain goods in an unit of time. The productivity of the work, for example, is measured by the annual production - or daily, or horaria - for busy man: it indicates it that quantity of goods is able to produce a worker, like average, in a certain period. If he/she modifies the quantity of workers, obviously, you won't be increasing the productivity; it alone it will happen if it is achieved that the same workers - when developing their abilities. In the development of our grade Thesis we carry out the following phases for the development of the same one: In the first chapter we made a brief analysis of the project remarking what we carry out in the development of our investigation. The second chapter understands the Mark Referencial, Theoretical and Conceptual where we remark the bibliographical bases and all the concerning one to "The technical attendance and execution of productive projects of OFIS (OFFICE OF SOCIAL INVESTIGATION AND OF THE DEVELOPMENT) in the canton Portoviejo" and its incidence in the socioeconomic development
