| dc.description | At the Renacer Dialysis Clinic in Portoviejo, a project was carried out whose main objective was to promote self-care in hemodialised and family users, in order to improve their quality of life. The type of research to be performed was action-participation, to a population of 66 hemodialised patients during the period October-December / 2016, using techniques such as directed interview and survey; Whose results demonstrate that a participatory diagnosis was made with staff of the Renacer clinic, hemodialised and family members in 85%, through their realization and socialization; In addition, 100% promotional activities were conducted to guide self-care for hemodialysis and family patients, through socialization of an educational program; educational talks; open house; And, self-care technical education, with the assistance of 66 dialyzed users with their relatives and caregivers; And an educational program for hemodialysis patients and family members of the dialysis area of the Renacer Clinic of Portoviejo was developed to improve their quality of life through the provision of educational talks such as self-care of the skin, fistula and feeding in patients with renal insufficiency , Achieving the attendance of 90% to this event. It was concluded that the educational and promotional intervention of nursing was effective since there was a significant increase in the knowledge of self-care in patients receiving dialysis, after these events. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la Clínica de Diálisis Renacer de Portoviejo, se ejecutó un proyecto cuyo objetivo principal fue promocionar el autocuidado en usuarios hemodializados y familiares, a fin de mejorar su calidad de vida. El tipo de investigación a realizarse fue de acción-participación, a una población de 66 pacientes hemodializados durante el periodo octubre-diciembre/2016, utilizando técnicas como entrevista dirigida y encuesta; cuyos resultados demuestran que ee realizó diagnóstico participativo con personal de la clínica Renacer, hemodializados y familiares en un 85%, a través de su realización y socialización; además, se efectuó en un 100% las actividades promocionales para orientar sobre el autocuidado a pacientes hemodializados y familiares, a través de socialización de programa educativo; charlas educativas; casa abierta; y, enseñanza técnica de autocuidado, contando con la asistencia de 66 usuarios dializados con sus familiares y cuidadores; y, se elaboró un programa educativo para pacientes hemodializados y familiares del área de diálisis de la Clínica Renacer de Portoviejo, para mejorar su calidad de vida, mediante la impartición de charlas educativas como autocuidado de la piel, fístula y alimentación en pacientes con insuficiencia renal, logrando la asistencia del 90% a este evento. Se concluye que la intervención educativa y promocional de enfermería fue efectiva ya que se produjo un incremento significativo en el conocimiento del autocuidado en los pacientes que reciben diálisis, después de estos eventos. | es_ES |
