Abstract
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus, is a microorganism that has the ability to infect and destroy CD4 + cells called lymphocytes that are responsible and regulators of the immune response in humans. This thesis is centered with the HIV screening test and its fourth generation, whose objective was to demonstrate the specificity of screening tests of fourth generation, as this rapid test is the only one that contains the p24 protein present in the virus, to determine the epidemiological implications. Currently you have HIV is considered a disease of the century around the world, preventive medicine has tried to reduce the high rate of virus. Therefore we have seen the need, to make people aware about this problem that affects the general population, and individuals in particular who have this problem. El Virus de la Inmunodeficiencia Humana, es un microorganismo que tiene la capacidad de infectar y destruir a las células llamadas Linfocitos CD4+, que son los responsables y reguladores de la respuesta inmunitaria de los seres humanos. Esta tesis está centrada con el HIV y sus pruebas de cribado de cuarta generación, cuyo objetivo fue demostrar, la especificidad de la pruebas de cribado de cuarta generación, ya que esta prueba rápida es la única que contiene la proteína p24 presente en el virus, para determinar las incidencias epidemiológicas. En la actualidad el HIV se lo ha considerado como una enfermedad del siglo en todo el mundo, la medicina preventiva ha tratado de reducir el alto índice del virus. Por tal motivo hemos visto la necesidad, de concientizar a las personas sobre este problema que afecta a la población en general, como a los individuos en particular que presentan este problema. La estrategia poblacional pretende recomendaciones para el mejoramiento, como los usos adecuados de medidas de prevención y métodos para la detención temprana del HIV, con las prueba de cribado de cuarta generación de HIV, y demostrar así su especificidad. La base de la estrategia radica en el poco interés en las personas en la educación para la salud de las personas de toda edad. Así como la acción de gremios nacionales e internacionales, con la introducción de estiques, afiches, pancartas propagandas en los medios de comunicación que nos permitan conocer mas acerca de esta terrible enfermedad, mediadas de lucha contra el HIV, la drogadicción, etc. factores predisponentes para el mismo. La aplicación práctica de estas recomendaciones debe ser promocionada fundamentalmente con la colaboración de todo el personal encargado de la salud
