ItemENZIMAS HEPÁTICAS EN TRABAJADORES EXPUESTOS A AGROQUÍMICOS EN LA COMUNIDAD EL CARDÓN, ROCAFUERTE(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) ROMERO URDÁNIGO, CARMEN CECIBEL ; ZAMORA BAZURTO, INGRID MONSERRATE ; CAMPOS GARCÍA, GUSDANIS ALBERTOAgrochemicals are chemical substances used by humans in order to optimize the yield of an agricultural exploitation, however they are consid erados highly toxic, causing hepatic affections and thus alterations in enzymatic levels; the farmers are the main ones exposed to these products. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the hepatic enzymes in workers exposed to agrochemicals in the community The Cardon, Rocafuerte canton. We included 38 people in the experimental group and 9 in the control group that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The methodology was transversal, descriptive and analytical. We used surveys and biochemical measurement of enzymes TGO, TGP, GGT, FA, with the equipment Cobas 6000 - kinetic method and CHE-P, with the equipment DRI-CHEM NX500i - method 3.4-di-hidroxy benzoyl colina UV. The experimental group presented greater enzymatic alteration with predominance of GGT (32 %), followed by CHE (26 %), TGP (24 %), TGO (18 %), and FA (8 %). Actions such as not using protective measures, pesticide preparation, not taking action after exposure to pesticides and the use of glyphosate, were related to enzymatic values outside the referential range, which vary depending on the exposure time. CHE did not have a decrease despite being the organophosphorus the most used substances, however, the enzymatic values outside the referential range can be related to exposure to agrochemicals to find an increase in this enzyme, relating with chronic diseases
