ItemVARIABILIDAD BIOLÓGICA DE NIVELES DE CONCENTRACIÓN DE CREATINA QUINASA TOTAL (CK TOTAL) Y LACTATO DESHIDROGENASA EN FUTBOLISTAS DE LA FEDERACIÓN DEPORTIVA DE MANABÍ(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) CORRAL VILLAMIL, RODOLFO ALEJANDRO ; LUCAS MERO, JOSÉ MAURICIO ; ZAMBRANO MERA, JORGE GRISALDOThe aim of the present work was to show the reactive biological variability of the muscular enzymes Creatine Kinase (CK) and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) from the clinical laboratory, applied to soccer players of the Sports Federation of Manabí, from 13 to 15 years old, with more than one year of federated, measuring their levels of concentration strategically according to their training regime and official match made each week, so 3 samples were taken, pre-training (before training), post-training (after training) and pre-competition (before a match official). After the respective measurements, it was concluded that the muscle enzymes are elevated in young footballers, even after a rest period of up to 3 days, their basal levels of CK and LDH are high, and they increase even more after training. . And after a period of rest, prior to the game, the enzymatic levels decrease, thus demonstrating the reactive biological variability of the enzymes as a response to an aggression or physical effort such as football in this case
