    The Eating Disorders (ED), Anorexia and Bulimia nervosa, are most prevalent diseases in the puberty and adolescence, if not treated in time can have a fatal outcome, significantly raising the rate of morbidity and its association with other disorders of mental character. The research carried out on the work of titration was diagnosed and purposeful cross because it was conducted in a population-based sample student to learn about the eating behaviors and habits of life, this was done to the decision of the weight, height and BMI for each one; in addition to carry out a survey. The overall objective of this research was to determine the prevalence of harmful habits of life that influence the eating behavior of the students in the third year parallel to and B of the National College Portoviejo in the province of Manabi in canton Portoviejo December 2013 to May 2014 why was designed and implemented a multimedia CD study exteriorized in order to raise awareness and prevent the emergence of eating disorders and provided educational talks.
