    The era in which we live coated eta constant changes and social transformations in participating directly and indirectly and in all these social processes, education is present, however every year new educational reforms are presented, developing critical thinking cultivating the skills for work efficiency and production. To reach a goal of such magnitude teacher must have a clear view of the package of Microsoft Office that allows you to transmit your teaching process through a methodology that allows the student to objectively face the challenges of an ever changing society. Under these considerations it has been considered that the teaching offered by teachers is one of the main issues and interest in educational institutions, as the lack of knowledge of Microsoft office package has impaired learning. Therefore, this research where you can determine to what extent ignorance of these technological tools affects the process of teacher education, and in turn can manifest that they are a prerequisite for the existence, effectiveness and progress of the different was needed institutions that currently exist because highly challenging conditions thanks to advances in technology and science. The research was general objective: To investigate the extent to package Microsoft office affect the learning process of high school students of fiscal educational unit Alajuela, in the canton Portoviejo during 2016, a goal that was verified by the hypothesis General: Microsoft office package strengthens the learning process of high school students of fiscal educational unit Alajuela, in the canton Portoviejo during 2016. The theoretical foundation of this research is based on two aspects, the first variable which highlights: the package Microsoft office where crumbles each as Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher, definitions, importance, characteristics and use , Besides; the second variable is detailed as everything related to the process of student learning, relevant aspects, types of resources and learning. Then referring to the part in research methodology and methods, techniques and strategies that allowed us as researchers meet every step of the investigative process, determining the problem and possible solution thereof is made. It is important to note that the results are based on surveys of teachers and students, so the results sustained us the accuracy and scope of objectives, assumptions and also served to structure the conclusions and recommendations.

    Para poder desarrollar la investigación se aplicó la investigación bibliográfica, incluida la investigación de campo, se obtuvieron datos a través de la aplicación de encuestas realizada a los estudiantes de la institución. El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “LAS HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA APRENDIZAJE DE LA ASIGNATURA DE CONTABILIDAD 1. EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE PRIMER NIVEL DE LA ESCUELA DE CONTABILIDAD Y AUDITORÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ. DEL CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO DURANTE EL PERIODO 2016-2017”, se lo realizó en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, el mismo que tuvo como objetivo principal las diferentes herramientas tecnológicas que existen en nuestro medio y la manera en que éstas favorecen al aprendizaje de todos los seres humanos en especial a los educandos. Basándonos en toda la información se llegó a la conclusión que las herramientas tecnológicas influyen positivamente en las diferentes etapas del proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, siempre y cuando los docentes estén capacitados constantemente ya que los avances tecnológicos son a diario. Es importante destacar que los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta realizada a docentes y estudiantes, arrojaron como resultados la veracidad y alcance de los objetivos, hipótesis, así como también sirvieron para estructurar las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
